Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $7 Australia-wide.

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $100.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Orders are not generally processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

During promotional periods, sales, holidays or periods of unusually high order volumes, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will endeavour to keep you informed.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the delivery location and the shipping provider.

Estimated delivery timeframes may vary and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, public holidays, peak periods or other delivery disruptions.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Hair Remedies is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to update the address where possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order appears to be lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs or other information and may contact the delivery provider to investigate.
